Many consider Warren Buffet to be the world’s greatest investor.

Buffett who is 84 years old is consistently ranked amongst the world’s richest people, is arguably the most successful investor of the 20^thcentury and has an estimated net worth of $74 Billion.

This means, he’s earned (on average) around $900 million each and every year of his life, which is thousands of times more than the average worker in Australia earns.

He’s also one of the most studied men around – everyone wants to know how he does it and to learn his secret.

Hi Michael
I recently listened “Learn How Property Development Helped Create My Wealth” Podcast posted in Jan 2018. I found it is very inspiring. I’d like the way you describe things and the journey you went through. I am at the stage studying property development procedure myself via reading books and doing research. That is why I found your talks are very useful. My husband and I focus mainly on accumulating property for long term as you suggest investors we should do.

One thing I notice with your talks are very much concentrated on residential property, and not much on commercial property. Is there any chance you will touch on that side a bit more.

I own a substantial commercial property portfolio and in the past did a bit of commercial property development.
On your suggestion I will do a future podcast based on who should get into commercial property and why. It’s more for the big boys and girls – requires much more money and comes with more risk
