Thank you for your comment. The reference to Westfield was more a reflection on the quality and value of the asset rather than a preference for commercial over regional residential. Everyone knows Westfield after all.
We prefer to focus on the size and quality of an asset base as being much more important than the number of properties in a portfolio. It’s a lot more long winded, but perhaps it would have been better for me to have said “I’d rather have just a few really well located investment grade properties than ten or more regional properties of equivalent value”.
