What's the current state of Australia's property markets?
Well, ABS recently released new data on Australia's residential sales volume and median prices.

My only comment is that according to the national statistician Australia’s housing market is holding up quite well despite the rise in interest rates and other household costs.
It was no surprise then that our central bank rose the official cash rate by 0.25% to 3.1% in December.
