    Thanks for sharing this elaborate list, Michael. Point #08 resonated the most with me, right after which was point #28. And of course, point #11 will be such fun to return to after a few years 🙂

    I would like to add 3 points:
    1.) Make a not-to-do list.
    2.) Turn off notifications on your phone
    3.) If a task takes 5 minutes, do it immediately or don’t do it at all.

    Hi! Some of these things I still can do. Like exercise, write out a list each day and learn keyboard shortcut. I’m a mom who works at home and what makes me more productive is to eliminate distractions. I need to make sure to remove all clutter. A clean home can take away stress.
