Hi Michael, I sometime think and think, as my elders thought me “Old is Gold”. Experience matters. etc etc. But i have a serious thought. I think the age between 50 to 60 is the best to describe matured, experienced and has the ability to listen and respond accordingly with patience and accuracy. I don’t find that happening at all. I am 54 Yrs of age, migrated, had done my Diploma in Mech Engg, Diploma in sales and Marketing at a young age when i was 20. Again at this age, I did my Diploma in Travel and tourism, Certificate course in Real Estate and still looking for a job to make my bread and butter for me and my family. I don”t think any company or principal wants to hire a person nearing 55. Sad and Coved19 has played a bit too.
