    Hi Michael,

Great podcast, thanks for sharing your years of experience.

I was wondering if you could provide some insight into land tax and how it works in various states within Australia. Can you plan to minimize it as your portfolio grows and if yes, how?

    Cheers, James

    Hi Michael,
I’d love to hear more about ownership structures in a future podcast, particularly for a property that we plan to live in initially in order to gain the FHOG and stamp duty concessions, then use as an investment property down the track?

    Thanks,

    Rob

Rob – if you plan to take advantage of the FHOG there is no choice – you must buy in your own name
