Recently a couple of people in my office have gone on a health kick and one of the first things they did was cut out coffee.
But is coffee really so bad you?

As you can see, apart from helping you stay awake and be more productive, your regular intake of coffee can boost your fight against a number of diseases.
Does this means that you should reach for a coffee more often?
Probably not – chances are you’re actually getting enough – 1-4 cups a day seem to have a positive effects on you.
