Look what happened to auction clearnace rates on election Saturday

Despite being election day yesterday, Australian Property Monitors reported that there were 277 auctions listed in Sydney  & 422 in Melbourne!

The strength of consumer confidence prevailed and  87.6% of those for sale at auction in Sydney and 76.6% for those put to auction in Melbourne:


The auction clearance results next Saturday will be very interesting

    These are some pretty impressive numbers… Not so long ago a 50% clearance rate in any capital city looked alright.
