Requisitions On The Title

Are questions about the property the purchaser is entitled to ask the vendor during the settlement period to find out if he or she knows anything that may be wrong with the title to the land.

In New South Wales Requisitions on Title to the seller’s solicitor are usually within 21 days from the date of the contract.
