With the residential property market slowing down, I know some investors are wondering if it is worthwhile considering commercial property.

It’s a very different game to residential property and one for the “big boys”

A recent paper published by the RBA and this great article by Christopher Joye shows commercial real estate has both historically, and in the recent crisis, proven to be significantly more risky for creditors, investors and the financial system housing.
