Brisbane dwelling values were unchanged in January, and although have increased over the quarter, the growth trend remains moderate.

Despite a 0.1% drop in house values over the month, Brisbane`s detached housing market has been faring much better than the unit market where values were 0.7% lover over the past twelve months.
Brisbane`s housing market is likely to continue on a similar trajectory over the coming month with interstate migration to Queensland accelerating
Labour market conditions consistently improving, potentially leading to a modest uplift in value groth.
