The Best & Worst Housing Markets In The World

The global housing markets are world globe rubiksdiverse .

Some are growing strongly while others are retreating according to the Global Property Guide.

Australia came in at 6th place, but this is one competition I’m glad we didn’t win.

I’m happy we don’t have the rampant price growth of the winner Dubai where property values increased 23.73% over the leat year

The Worst Performing Markets

Countries at the Bottom of the list were:

  1. Ukraine (-36.6%)
  2. Greece (-7.08%)
  3. Russia (-5.68%)
  4. Singapore (-4.79%)
  5. Spain (-4.15%)

The Best Performing Markets

On top of the Global List were:

  1. UAE- Dubai (+23.73%)
  2. Estonia (+15.30%)
  3. Ireland(+14.52%)
  4. UK (+8.95%)
  5. Turkey (+7.51%)
  6. Australia (+6.76%)
