Hi, If I’ve owned my house for over 30 years and now want to sell off half the land to a developer how much CGT will I need to pay.

Sue _ I assume you’re going to have to subdivide the land before you sell it to the developer.
That will make the asset you’re selling different to your home – best ask your accountant
