Interstate investors need to be aware that their investment units will compete against a surplus of modern and stylish units in premier locations such as Newstead, Fortitude Valley, West End and Milton.

A local buyers’ agent will advise on this situation and the likely outcomes for your property in terms of securing tenants, rental return, and opportunities for houses in other areas that have the potential to return a similar rental yield but provide bigger potential growth opportunities.
