For most of us there is nothing better or more pleasurable than that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Yet like most delights this delicious drink has as many positives as it does negatives, particularly if consumed in large amounts.
On one hand, aside from being delicious, coffee has been known to remove Parkinson’s disease, strengthen our brain, reduce the possibility of Type 2 Diabetes and contains Anti-Oxidants which are good for the human body.
On the other had, too much coffee can cause anxiety, create high blood pressure, increase cholesterol level and increase stress.
