    Here is the latest from Sydney’s west….
    My sources tell me there has been a 50% drop in people attending inspections in the last 3-4 weeks and there are now only 3-4 registered bidders at auctions compared with around 10 a month ago. Also that prospective buyers have become relectant to pay todays high prices and so vendors are now accepting offers before the auction. One agent this week recieved 8 listings in just one day complaining they now have too much stock for sale for the first time in 3 years! Furthermore the number of rental properties now vacant or for rent has also skyrocketed putting more downward pressure on rents.
    So whilst the market in Sydneys affordable western suburbs has not cooled down just yet, it certainly looks to have peaked.
    Time to sell if you are looking to get out at the peak!

      Thanks for the market update George. BUT…why would you sell at the peak – we’re talking about property not shares
