Coffee is in the news regularly and it seems the body of data suggests that it could be beneficial for a number of medical conditions is steadily growing. 10311677_xxl

Coffee has no real nutritional value, unless you add sugar milk to it, yet it contains an amazingly potent collection of biologically active compounds which have far reaching effects on the body.

The good news: coffee contains antioxidants and reduces the risks of certain diseases such as Alzheimer’s and cancer.

The bad news: your sleep schedule gets thrown off, it can raise your blood pressure, and it may cause you to hear things that aren’t there.

Here is a quick rundown of all the pros and cons associated with drinking too much coffee.
