    thanks for this concise summary. I would be interested to understand (if you are willing to share) how geographically diversified your property holdings are? Do you own in various parts of Melbourne (within a certain radius of the CBD)? Do you own property in other states?

      my portfolio is diversified over commercial, industrial, retail and residential. However it is not very diversified over suburbs – I still to a few suburbs that outperfrom
